Common use of Administrator Personnel Clause in Contracts

Administrator Personnel. The Administrator shall authorize and permit any of its directors, officers or employees who may be elected or appointed as directors or officers of the Company to serve in the capacities in which they are elected or appointed. Services to be furnished by the Administrator under this Agreement may be furnished through the medium of any of such directors, officers or employees. The Administrator shall make its directors, officers and employees available to attend meetings of the Board of Directors as may be reasonably requested by the Board of Directors from time to time. The Administrator shall prepare and provide such reports on the Company and its operations as may be reasonably requested by the Board of Directors from time to time.
