Common use of Administrator, Purchasers, Purchaser Agents and Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Administrator, Purchasers, Purchaser Agents and Affiliates. Each of the Administrator, the Purchasers and the Purchaser Agents and any of their respective Affiliates may extend credit to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust, debt, equity or other business with the Seller, the Performance Guarantor, the Servicer or any Originator or any of their Affiliates. With respect to the acquisition of the Eligible Receivables pursuant to this Agreement, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not such an agent, and the terms “Purchaser” and “Purchasers” shall include, to the extent applicable, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator in their individual capacities.

With respect to the acquisition of the Eligible Receivables Pool Assets pursuant to this Agreement, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator Administrator, to the extent they are also a Purchaser, shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not such an agentthe Purchaser Agent or the Administrator, as applicable, and the terms “Purchaser” and “Purchasers” shall include, to the extent applicable, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator in their individual capacities.

With respect to the acquisition of the Eligible Receivables pursuant to this Agreement, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not such an agent, and the terms “Purchaser” and “Purchasers” shall include, to the extent applicable, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator in their individual capacities.

With respect to the acquisition of the Eligible Receivables Pool Assets pursuant to this Agreement, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator Administrator, to the extent they are also a Purchaser, shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not such an agentthe Purchaser Agent or the Administrator, as applicable, and the terms “Purchaser” and “Purchasers” shall include, to the extent applicable, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator in their individual capacities.
