Common use of Administrators and Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Administrators and Affiliates. Each of the Purchasers and the Administrator and their Affiliates may extend credit to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust, debt, entity or other business with the Seller, Servicer or any Originator or any of their Affiliates. With respect to the acquisition of the Eligible Receivables pursuant to this Agreement, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not such an agent, and the terms “Purchaser” and “Purchasers” shall include, to the extent applicable, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator in their individual capacities.

Administrators and Affiliates. Each of the Purchasers Purchasers, the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator and any of their respective Affiliates may extend credit to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust, debt, entity or other business with the Seller, Servicer or the Servicer, any Sub-Servicer, any Originator or any of their Affiliates. With respect to the acquisition of the Eligible Receivables pursuant to this Agreement, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not such an agent, and the terms “Purchaser” and “Purchasers” shall include, to the extent applicable, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator in their individual capacities.

With respect to the acquisition of the Eligible Receivables pursuant to this Agreement, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not such an agent, and the terms “Purchaser” and “Purchasers” shall include, to the extent applicable, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator in their individual capacities.

Administrators and Affiliates. Each of the Purchasers and Purchasers, the Administrator Program Administrators, the Purchaser Agents, the Administrator, the other Affected Persons and their Affiliates may extend credit to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust, debt, entity equity or other business with the Seller, Airgas, Servicer or any Originator or any of their Affiliates, and BTMUNY, Credit Agricole and Mizuho may exercise or refrain from exercising its rights and powers as if it were not the Administrator, a Program Administrator, or a Purchaser Agent, as applicable. With respect to the acquisition of the Eligible Receivables pursuant to this Agreement, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not such an agent, and the terms “Purchaser” and “Purchasers” shall include, to the extent applicable, include each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator in their individual capacities.

Each of the Purchasers Buyers, the Buyer Agents and the Administrator and any of their respective Affiliates may extend credit to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust, debt, entity or other business with the Seller, the Company, the Servicer or any Originator or any of their Affiliates. With respect to the acquisition of the Eligible Purchased Receivables pursuant to this Agreement, each of the Purchaser Buyer Agents and the Administrator shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Purchaser Buyer and may exercise the same as though it were not such an agent, and the terms “Purchaser” "Buyer" and “Purchasers” "Buyers" shall include, to the extent applicable, each of the Purchaser Buyer Agents and the Administrator in their individual capacities.

Each of the Purchasers and the Administrator and any of their respective Affiliates may extend credit to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust, debt, entity or other business with the Seller, Presidio, the Servicer or any Originator or any of their Affiliates. With respect to the acquisition of the Eligible Receivables pursuant to this Agreement, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not such an agent, and the terms “Purchaser” and “Purchasers” shall include, to the extent applicable, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator in their individual capacities.

Administrators and Affiliates. With respect to the acquisition of the Eligible Receivables pursuant to this Agreement, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not such an agent, and the terms “Purchaser” and “Purchasers” shall include, to the extent applicable, include each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator in their individual capacities.
