Common use of Administrators and Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Administrators and Affiliates. Each of the Purchasers and the Administrator and their Affiliates may extend credit to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of banking, trust, debt, entity or other business with the Seller, WESCO, Servicer or any Originator or any of their Affiliates and PNC Bank, National Association may exercise or refrain from exercising its rights and powers as if it were not the Administrator. With respect to the acquisition of the Eligible Receivables pursuant to this Agreement, each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not such an agent, and the terms “Purchaser” and “Purchasers” shall include each of the Purchaser Agents and the Administrator in their individual capacities.
