Common use of Admission and Initial Contributions of Member Clause in Contracts

Admission and Initial Contributions of Member. NMAC shall be admitted as a member of the Company at the time it executes this Agreement or a counterpart signature page to this Agreement. The Member shall make the Capital Contribution set forth next to its name in Exhibit A upon the formation of the Company. No interest shall be paid to NMAC based on any Capital Contribution made to the Company.
