ADMISSION AND INITIAL CONTRIBUTIONS OF MEMBERS. (a) Each of AHFC and the Independent Member shall be admitted as a member of the Company at the time such entity (i) executes this Agreement or a counterpart signature page to this Agreement and (ii) is listed as a Member on Exhibit A attached hereto.
