Common use of Admission as a Limited Partner Clause in Contracts

Admission as a Limited Partner. Upon execution and delivery of the Limited Partner Acceptance to the Partnership Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit D (the “Limited Partner Acceptance”), by the Contributor at the Closing, and subject to the completion of the Closing, the Contributor shall be admitted to the Operating Partnership as a limited partner of the Operating Partnership and, as such, shall be subject to, and bound by, the Partnership Agreement, including the power of attorney granted therein and all the terms and conditions thereof.

Admission as a Limited Partner. Upon execution and delivery of the Limited Partner Acceptance to the Partnership Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit D C (the “"Limited Partner Acceptance”"), by the a Contributor at the Closing, and subject to the completion of the Closing, the such Contributor shall be admitted to the Operating Partnership Kite Realty as a limited partner of the Operating Partnership Kite Realty and, as such, shall be subject to, and bound by, the Partnership Agreement, including the power of attorney granted therein and all the terms and conditions thereof, and the power of attorney granted therein.
