Common use of Admission of a Substituted Limited Partner Clause in Contracts

Admission of a Substituted Limited Partner. The General Partner may, in its absolute discretion, and without the consent or agreement of any other Partner, admit an assignee of a Partnership Interest as a substituted Limited Partner. Upon admission, a substituted Limited Partner shall be subject to all provisions of this Agreement as if originally a party hereto.
