Common use of Admission of Additional Investors Clause in Contracts

Admission of Additional Investors. The Management Committee is authorized to admit to the Fund, as additional Investors, such Persons as they deem advisable. The manner of the offering of Shares, the terms and conditions under which subscriptions for such Shares will be accepted, and the manner of and conditions to the sale of Shares to subscribers therefor and the admission of such subscribers as additional Investors will be as provided in the Prospectus in all material respects and subject to any provisions hereof. Before any Person is admitted to the Fund as an Investor, such Person or such Person's attorney-in-fact shall execute a counterpart of this Agreement and thereby agree in writing to be bound by all of the provisions hereof as an Investor.
