Admission of Additional Limited Partner. If, on a Settlement Date, the Employee is not then a Limited Partner, the General Partner shall consent to the admission of the Employee as an Additional Limited Partner and take all steps necessary or appropriate under the Delaware Act to amend the records of the Partnership to reflect such admission.
