Admission of Additional Members and Transfers of Indirect Interests. No other Person shall be admitted to the Company as a member of the Company without the unanimous consent of the Members existing at the time such membership decision is to be made. The Board of Managers shall revise Exhibit β€œB” attached hereto to reflect the admission of new Members.
