Common use of Admission of Additional or Substitute Members Clause in Contracts

Admission of Additional or Substitute Members. (a) One (1) or more additional or substitute limited partners of the Partnership may be admitted to the Partnership only with the consent of the General Partner. (b) One (1) or more additional or substitute general partners of the Partnership may be admitted to the Partnership only with the consent of the General Partner or, in the event of more than one (1) general partner, only with the consent of a majority of the general partners.
