Common use of Admission of Assignees as Substitute Partners Clause in Contracts

Admission of Assignees as Substitute Partners. As a condition to being admitted to the Partnership, each Substitute Partner shall execute an Admission Agreement, and such other instruments, in such manner, as the General Partner shall determine. Upon the admission of any Assignee as a Substitute Partner in accordance with this Article 7, all Partners are deemed to consent to the Assignee being admitted to the Partnership and authorize the General Partner to constitute the Assignee a Substitute Partner on the books and records of the Partnership in respect of the relevant Units and to eliminate or adjust, if necessary, the relevant information relating to the predecessor of such Substitute Partner.
