Common use of Admission of Initial Limited Partners Clause in Contracts

Admission of Initial Limited Partners. Upon the issuance by the Partnership of Common Units, Subordinated Units and Incentive Distribution Rights to the General Partner and Dynagas Holding Ltd. as described in Sections 5.1 and 5.2, the Board of Directors shall admit such parties to the Partnership as Initial Limited Partners in respect of the Common Units, Subordinated Units or Incentive Distribution Rights issued to them.

Admission of Initial Limited Partners. Upon the issuance by the Partnership of Common Units, Subordinated Units and Incentive Distribution Rights to the General Partner Partner, Teekay Shipping Corporation and Dynagas Holding Ltd. the Underwriters as described in Sections 5.1 5.2 and 5.25.3 in connection with the Initial Offering, the Board of Directors General Partner shall admit such parties to the Partnership as Initial Limited Partners in respect of the Common Units, Subordinated Units or Incentive Distribution Rights issued to them.

Upon the issuance by the Partnership of Common Units, Class A Subordinated Units, Class B Subordinated Units and Incentive Distribution Rights to the General Partner Partner, Shipping Master and Dynagas Holding Ltd. the Underwriters as described in Sections 5.1 5.2 and 5.25.3 in connection with the Initial Offering, the Board of Directors General Partner shall admit such parties to the Partnership as Initial Limited Partners in respect of the Common Units, Class A Subordinated Units, Class B Subordinated Units or Incentive Distribution Rights issued to them.
