Admission of Investors; Sanctions Compliance. The Borrowers shall not permit (i) the admission of an Investor in any Borrower or (ii) the transfer of any Investor’s interest in any Borrower, in each case to a Person which, to any Borrower’s actual knowledge, is a Sanctioned Person.
