Admission of New Members; Commitments. A Person acquiring Common Units will each enter into a Subscription Agreement pursuant to which such Person will agree to purchase Common Units for an aggregate purchase price equal to its aggregate Capital Commitment, subject to the Limited Exclusion Right. Each such Person shall be admitted as a member of the Fund at the time that such Subscription Agreement or a counterpart thereof is executed by or on behalf of such Person and accepted by the Fund.
