Common use of Admission of New Members Clause in Contracts

Admission of New Members. (a) New Members may be admitted from time to time (i) in connection with an issuance of Units by the Company, subject to compliance with the provisions of Section 8.6(d), Section 9.1 and Section 10.1(b), as applicable, and (ii) in connection with a Transfer of Units, subject to compliance with the provisions of Article X.

Admission of New Members. (a) New Members may be admitted from time to time (i) in connection with an issuance of Units by the Company, subject to compliance with the provisions of Section 8.6(d), Section 9.1 and Section 10.1(b9.01(b), as applicable, and (ii) in connection with a Transfer of Units, subject to compliance with the provisions of Article X.IX, and in either case, following compliance with the provisions of Section 4.01(b).

Admission of New Members. (a) New Members may be admitted from time to time (i) in connection with an the issuance of Units Membership Interests by the Company, subject to compliance with the provisions of Section 8.6(d7.02(d), Section 9.1 and Section 10.1(b), as applicable, and (ii) in connection with a Transfer of UnitsMembership Interests, subject to compliance with the provisions of Article X.IX, and in either case, following compliance with the provisions of Section 4.01(b).

Admission of New Members. (a) New Members may be admitted from time to time (i) in connection with an issuance of Units by the Company, subject to compliance with the provisions of Section 8.6(d8.02(c), Section 9.1 9.01 and Section 10.1(b10.01(b), as applicable, and (ii) in connection with a Transfer of Units, subject to compliance with the provisions of Article X.X and in either case, following compliance with the provisions of Section 4.01.

(a) New Members may be admitted from time to time (i) in connection with an the issuance of Units by the Company, subject to compliance with Company as approved by the provisions of Section 8.6(d), Section 9.1 and Section 10.1(b), as applicable, Board and (ii) in connection with a Transfer of UnitsUnits (including to an Affiliate of a Member), subject to compliance with the provisions of Article X.VIII, and in either case, following compliance with the provisions of Section 4.01(b).

(a) New Members may be admitted from time to time (i) in connection with an issuance of Units by the Company, subject to compliance with the provisions of this Section 8.6(d)4.01, Section 9.1 4.06, Section 10.01, Section 11.01(b) and Section 10.1(b)any other provision of this Agreement, as applicable, and (ii) in connection with a Transfer of Units, subject to compliance with the provisions of Article X.XI, and in either case, following compliance with the provisions of Section 4.01(b).

(a) New Members may be admitted from time to time (i) in connection with an issuance of Units by the Company, subject to compliance with the provisions of Section 8.6(d), Section 9.1 and Section 10.1(b), as applicable, and 2.04(b) or (ii) in connection with a Transfer of Units, Units subject to Section 11; and in either case, upon compliance with the provisions of Article X.Section 3.01(b).
