Common use of Admission of New Members Clause in Contracts

Admission of New Members. A new Member may be admitted to the Company at the sole discretion of the Member.

A new Member shall not be deemed admitted into the Company until the Capital Contribution required of the Memberthat Person has been made and that Person has become a party to this Agreement.
