Common use of Admission of Permitted Transferees Clause in Contracts

Admission of Permitted Transferees. Upon the satisfaction of the requirements set forth in Section 8.2.1 with respect to a Transfer, the Permitted Transferee shall become a Member. The admission of such Permitted Transferee shall be deemed effective on such date that the Permitted Transferee satisfies all requirements in Section 8.2, and the admission of such Permitted Transferee shall not cause the dissolution of the Company.
