Common use of Admission of Substitute Limited Partner Clause in Contracts

Admission of Substitute Limited Partner. (a) Subject to the other provisions of this Article IX (including, without limitation, the provisions of Section 9.5(a) regarding consent of the General Partner), an assignee of the Limited Partnership Interest of a Limited Partner (including, without limitation, any purchaser, transferee, donee, or other recipient of any disposition of such Limited Partnership Interest) shall be deemed admitted as a Limited Partner of the Partnership only upon the satisfactory completion of the following:

Admission of Substitute Limited Partner. (a) Subject to the other provisions of this Article IX (including, without limitation, the provisions of Section 9.5(a) regarding consent of the General Partner)IX, an assignee of the Limited Partnership Interest of a Limited Partner (including, without limitation, which shall be understood to include any purchaser, transferee, donee, or other recipient of any disposition of such Limited Partnership Interest) shall be deemed admitted as a Limited Partner of the Partnership only with the consent of the General Partner and upon the satisfactory completion of the following:

(a) Subject to the other provisions of this Article IX (including, without limitation, the provisions of Section 9.5(a) regarding consent of the General Partner)IX, an assignee of the Limited Partnership Interest of a Limited Partner (including, without limitation, which shall be understood to include any purchaser, transferee, donee, donee or other recipient of any disposition of such Limited Partnership Interest) shall be deemed admitted as a Limited Partner of the Partnership only with the consent of the General Partner, which consent may be given or withheld by the General Partner in its sole discretion, and upon the satisfactory completion of the following:

(a) Subject to the other provisions of this Article IX (including, without limitation, the provisions of Section 9.5(a) regarding consent of 9.2 and any applicable provisions in the General PartnerBasic Documents), an assignee of the Limited Partnership Interest of a Limited Partner (including, without limitation, any purchaser, transferee, donee, or other recipient of any disposition of such Limited Partnership Interest) shall be deemed admitted as a Limited Partner of the Partnership only upon the satisfactory completion of the following:
