Common use of Admission of Successor Limited Partner Clause in Contracts

Admission of Successor Limited Partner. The successor of the Percentage Interest of the Limited Partner shall be admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner upon furnishing to the General Partner an acceptance, in form satisfactory to the General Partner, of all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and such other documents or instruments as may be required in order to effect its admission as a limited partner.

Admission of Successor Limited Partner. The successor or successors of part or all of the Percentage Partnership Interest of the Limited Partner shall be admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner upon furnishing to the General Partner an acceptance, (a) acceptance in form satisfactory to the General Partner, Partner of all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and (b) such other documents or instruments as the General Partner may be required require in order to effect its their admission as a limited partnerpartners.
