Common use of Admission of Transferees as Members Clause in Contracts

Admission of Transferees as Members. A Transferee shall be admitted as a Member of the Company only upon the affirmative unanimous Vote of Members, except that a Transferee which is an Affiliate of a Member shall automatically be admitted as a Member, subject to compliance with Section 11.6, without any action on the part of the other Members.
