Admission Qualification Clause Samples
Admission Qualification. (1) A student can be admitted to the EMLE if he or she:
a) Has successfully completed a degree in law or economics, or in social or political sciences (provided that a substantial component of law and/or economics is included in the curriculum);
b) Has sufficient knowledge of English in order to participate in the courses and in order to pass the exams, and
c) Can be expected to participate in the EMLE successfully according to his or her previous academic performance.
(2) All students must apply at the EMLE coordinating centre (Erasmus University of Rotterdam). A Joint Selection Committee decides on all applications. This Committee is appointed by the Board and consists of one member per Partner University.

b) Has at least gained 240 ECTS or an equivalent thereof from (at least 4 regular years of) previous education,
c) Has sufficient knowledge of English to participate in the courses and in order to pass the exams (proven by certain minimal test scores in standardized English proficiency tests, as communicated on the EMLE website, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇), and
d) Can be expected to participate in the EMLE successfully according to his or her previous academic performance.

Admission Qualification. The Academy Program is designed to support students in grades 6-8 who are having difficulty experiencing success in the traditional school program, perhaps due to a catastrophic incident preventing them from participation/success in the regular school program, and/or the student is in need of personalized interventions for chronic issues with attendance, behavior, and/or academics. Your student’s placement in the Academy Program meets the criteria noted below.
