Admission to study Sample Clauses
Admission to study. 1. Upon receipt of the decision on admission to study in accordance with the Law No 131/2002 on Higher Education and on Changes and Supplements to Some Laws the student gains the right to register for the study programme.
2. The student who interrupted his/her study becomes again the student of UVMP only after expiration of the interruption period and on the date of his/her repeated registration.
3. The student who failed to comply with the requirements resulting from the respective study programme and Study guidelines of the UVMP will be excluded from the study.
4. The academic year commences on September 1st of the current year and ends on August 31st of the following year.
Admission to study. 1. Admission procedure and qualification conditions shall correspond to admission requirements set by NU and UVMP and once fulfilled, the student gains the right to register for the study programme.
