Admissions Practices. 2.1. WVU encourages applications from articulating Affiliate students who wish to pursue a baccalaureate degree program at WVU (post Associate).
2.2. Articulating Affiliate students who graduate with an Associate degree and have a transferable GPA of at least 2.0 and are in good standing are guaranteed admission to WVU. Guaranteed admission to WVU does not mean such students are guaranteed admission to their articulated majors without satisfying the WVU major criteria.

Transferring VCCS applicants must meet the same admissions criteria as other students applying for transfer to SU. Students are accepted by Strayer into a program of study that aligns with the Associate's degree program. If a student changes his/her program of study at Strayer, credits earned at the community college will be reviewed for applicability to new program.
2. VCCS students who graduate with an associate's degree, are applying to a related degree program at SU, and have a VCCS cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 are guaranteed admission to SU. Once admitted, students are subject to all other policies and procedures, including residency requirement of SU, as outlined in the SU catalog. Students who have questions may consult a counselor and/or advisor at either institution for assistance.
3. VCCS students, who have completed or will complete an associate's degree by the time they enroll in classes at SU, will be exempted from paying the SU application fee.
4. Any scholarships or tuition discounts offered by SU in the future to two-year college articulated students will automatically be considered part of this agreement. They would apply from date of implementation forward and would not apply to students already enrolled at SU from the Articulated college.
5. SU also offers military scholarships for active duty military personnel.

NLU will accept applications from students who wish to transfer from Xxxxxx Business Institute into any related baccalaureate degree program at NLU as noted on the transfer guides accompanying this agreement. Transferring Xxxxxx Business Institute applicants must meet the same admissions criteria as other students applying for transfer to NLU.
2. TBI graduates applying to a related degree program at NLU who have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 are guaranteed admission to National Louis University. Once admitted, students are subject to all other policies and procedures, including residency requirement of NLU, as outlined in the NLU catalog. Students who have questions may consult a counselor and/or advisor at either institution for assistance.
3. International students applying to NLU are required to meet NLU’s proof of English language requirements. A foreign transcript evaluation will be necessary for any credits that a student wishes to transfer in from an institution outside of the United States.

Admissions Practices. UMW will accept applications from students who wish to transfer from RCC into any baccalaureate degree program, offered on ground or online. The application fee will be waived. Students transferring from RCC to specific UMW programs at the junior level must meet the same prerequisites, grade point average (GPA) and other admission criteria, as other native or transfer students applying for entry to UMW programs. RCC students who graduate with an Associate of Arts (AA), Associate of Science (AS), or Associate of Fine Arts (AFA) degree and have the requisite RCC cumulative GPA are guaranteed admission to UMW (see the GAA for conditions). For students meeting RCC's residency requirement to be awarded an associate's degree, UMW will review the RCC transcript with the provided RCC cumulative GPA for admission and scholarship purposes. UMW will not consider grades of D or F that have been replaced in the admission process. Course attempts must be considered for aid purposes. Official transcripts from all colleges are required to complete the application for admission. UMW will establish priority filing dates and RCC graduates admitted under this agreement will be considered juniors for purposes of scholarship eligibility, housing, and preregistration (which requires completion of admission and preregistration advising prior to the time juniors are eligible to register for classes as set forth on the calendar established by the Office of the Registrar). To be eligible for admission to UMW, students must meet all application requirements outlined in the UMW catalog and international students must meet the additional requirements set forth in the UMW catalog. UMW will award academic merit scholarships to at least two RCC students each fall. Recipients are required to have an Associate degree from RCC and a 3.25 cumulative GPA. Each award will be for $2,000 (academic year) and is renewable for one additional year with a 3.25 GPA at UMW. A scholarship application is not required. RCC transfer students will be considered based on their application for admission. Additional scholarships will be awarded as long as funds are available. Students who complete a RCC associate degree while still in high school will be considered as freshmen for scholarship purposes and are not eligible for this particular RCC transfer award.
