Common use of Admissions, Withdrawals and Removals Clause in Contracts

Admissions, Withdrawals and Removals. No Person shall be admitted to, or removed from, the Fund as a Partner except in accordance with this Agreement. General Partner shall not be removed from being General Partner of the Fund except by the vote of the Majority in Interest of the Limited Partners after the conclusion of Limited Operations Mode. No admission, withdrawal, Incapacity or removal of a Partner shall cause the dissolution of the Fund. Any purported admission, withdrawal or removal which is not in accordance with this Agreement shall be null and void to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any purported admission, withdrawal or removal which is not in accordance with this Agreement shall be null and void to the fullest extent permitted by law.
