Common use of Admittance as Limited Partner Clause in Contracts

Admittance as Limited Partner. ‌ Upon acceptance by the Partnership GP of any subscription for Units, all Partners will be deemed to consent to the admission of the subscriber as a Limited Partner, the Partnership GP will execute this Agreement on behalf of the subscriber and will cause the Record to be amended, and such other documents as may be required by the Act or under legislation similar to the Act in other provinces or the territories to be filed or amended, specifying the prescribed information and will cause the foregoing information in respect of the new Limited Partner to be included in the Partnership’s books and records.
