Common use of ADMITTED SURETY Clause in Contracts

ADMITTED SURETY. Without limiting the generality of the provisions of this Agreement, the term “Admitted Surety” as used in this Section shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Standard Specifications. Each of the bonds required under this Section shall be issued by an Admitted Surety.
