Common use of Adoption Agreement Clause in Contracts

Adoption Agreement. “Adoption Agreement” shall mean the Adoption Agreement entered into by the Retirement Board of Authority, who has been authorized by the Employer to adopt this Trust for the purposes specified herein.

Adoption Agreement. “Adoption Agreement” shall mean means the Adoption Agreement entered into by the Retirement Board of Authorityinstrument, who has been authorized completed and executed by the Employer and accepted by the Trustee, in which the Employer adopts the Plan and Trust Agreement and elects its options under the Plan. The Adoption Agreement may be amended by the Employer from time to adopt this Trust for time, subject to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of the purposes specified hereinPlan.
