Adoption by Three-fourths Majority. Any recommendation of the Stakeholder Committee for a Nonroutine AMP Decision will require at least a three-fourths majority of the entire Stakeholder Committee membership to be adopted. In the absence of consensus, the report of the Stakeholder Committee report will include a succinct summary of the competing positions.
