Adoption of New Master Trusts. As soon as practicable on or after the Distribution Date, Water shall adopt a new trust that is substantially similar in all material respects to the Master Trust (the “New Water Trust”). Effective as of the Distribution Date, ITT shall adopt a new trust that is substantially similar in all material respects to the Master Trust (the “New ITT Trust”).
