Adoption of Other Amendments to Master Plan. Amendments to the Master Plan that are not Significant Amendments must be adopted by the Governing Board subject to the provisions of Section 6.2.3. If at least one third (1/3) of the Governing Board members present agree that a proposed amendment to the Master Plan constitutes a Significant Amendment, it shall be treated as a Significant Amendment and may only be adopted subject to the provisions of Section 7.1.2.1.
