ADOPTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT BENEFIT PLAN. Any member of the Controlled Group or any Affiliate which is an employer under the Pension Plan may become an Employer hereunder with the written consent of Cleveland-Cliffs if such member or such Affiliate executes an instrument evidencing its adoption of the Supplemental Retirement Benefit Plan and files a copy thereof with Cleveland-Cliffs. Such instrument of adoption may be subject to such terms and conditions as Cleveland-Cliffs requires or approves.
