ADR Proceeding. Each ADR Proceeding, including the occurrence of such ADR Proceeding, the nature and amount of any relief sought or granted and the results of any discovery taken in such ADR Proceeding, shall be kept strictly confidential by each of the Seller and the Requesting Party, except as necessary in connection with statements provided pursuant to Section 2.8 of the Servicing Agreement, in connection with a judicial challenge to or enforcement of an award, or as otherwise required by law.
