Common use of ADR Request Clause in Contracts

ADR Request. If the Consortium or Consortium Member or Members hereafter identified as parties, intend to begin an ADR to resolve a dispute, such party shall provide written notice (the ADR Request) to the other party informing such other party of such intention and the issues to be resolved. From the date of the ADR Request and until such time as any matter has been finally settled by ADR, the running of the time periods regarding the subject matter of the dispute contained in Article VI under which a party must cure a breach of this Agreement shall be suspended.
