ADS Asset Values/Formulas. The “ADS Chilean Assets” shall consist of the ADS Chilean Equipment and the ADS Chilean Inventory. The Parties have agreed that the value of the ADS Chilean Assets is the sum of the value of the ADS Chilean Equipment and the ADS Inventory Value.
