Common use of Advance Not Waiver Clause in Contracts

Advance Not Waiver. Any Lender’s making of any Loan that it is not obligated to be made under any provision of Article III hereof or any other provision hereof shall not be construed as a waiver of the Lenders’ right to withhold future Loans, declare a Default, or otherwise demand strict compliance with this Agreement, acting through Agent as permitted by the terms hereof.
