Advance Payment Security. 12.2.1 The Supplier may, if it wishes and provided the performance security has been submitted and other Contract conditions fulfilled, receive an advance payment of no more than ten (10) percent of the Contract Price against delivery of an Advance Payment Security as specified in the SCC.
