Common use of Advance Rent Clause in Contracts

Advance Rent. Concurrently with the execution of this First Amendment, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a check in the amount of $7,373.30 which constitutes the first installment of Base Monthly Rent for the Additional Premises after the Expansion Commencement Date.

Advance Rent. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the amount Lease, the Existing Advance Rent and the Additional Advance Rent shall be applied to the payment of $7,373.30 which constitutes the first installment of Base Monthly Rent due under the Lease for the Additional Premises after the Expansion Commencement Datemonth of June 2005.
