Advance Representations. Each Loan Advance Request shall constitute a representation by each Borrower that there are no Events of Default or Potential Events of Default that exist as of the submission of a Loan Advance Request, and that each of the representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement are accurate, true, and correct in all material respects as of the date of each Loan Advance Request.
