Advance Request Approval Notice. For each Advance, RUS shall have delivered to FFB the Borrower's executed Advance Request, together with RUS's executed Advance Request Approval Notice, which Advance Request Approval Notice:
(a) shall have been duly executed on behalf of RUS by an official of RUS whose name and signature appear on the Certificate Specifying Authorized RUS Officials delivered to FFB pursuant to section 3.3.3 of this Agreement; and
(b) shall have been received by FFB not later than the third Business Day before the Requested Advance Date specified in such Advance Request.
Advance Request Approval Notice. For each Advance, the Secretary shall have delivered to FFB the Borrower’s executed Advance Request, together with the Department’s executed Advance Request Approval Notice, which Advance Request Approval Notice:
(a) shall have been duly executed on behalf of the Secretary by an official of the Department whose name and signature appear on the Certificate Specifying Authorized Department Officials delivered to FFB pursuant to section 3.1.3 or section 6.1 of the Program Financing Agreement; and
(b) shall have been received by FFB not later than the third Business Day before the Requested Advance Date specified in such Advance Request.
Advance Request Approval Notice. With respect to any Advance under the Funding Agreements, if DOE determines that all conditions precedent set forth in Section 5.03 (Conditions Precedent to each Advance Approval), and, if applicable, Section 5.02 (Conditions Precedent to First Advance Approval), in respect of the requested Advance that may by their terms be satisfied prior to the applicable Requested Advance Date have been satisfied (or waived in writing), then no later than three Business Days prior to the Requested Advance Date, DOE shall issue to FFB an Advance Request Approval Notice.
Advance Request Approval Notice. For each Advance, RUS shall have delivered to FFB the Borrower's executed Advance Request, together with RUS's executed Advance Request Approval Notice, which Advance Request Approval Notice:
(a) shall have been duly executed on behalf of RUS by an official of RUS whose name and signature appear on the Certificate Specifying Authorized RUS Officials delivered to FFB pursuant to section 3.3.3 of this Agreement; and
(b) shall have been received by FFB consistent with the following advance notice requirements:
(1) if the Requested Advance Amount specified in the respective Advance Request is less than $500,000,000, the Advance Request and the related Advance Request Approval Notice must be received by FFB on or before the third Business Day before the Requested Advance Date specified in such Advance Request; and
(2) if the Requested Advance Amount specified in the respective Advance Request is equal to or greater than $500,000,000, the Advance Request and the Related Advance Request Approval Notice must be received by FFB on or before the fifth Business Day before the Requested Advance Date specified in such Advance Request.
Advance Request Approval Notice. With respect to any Advance under the Funding Agreements, if the Guarantor determines that (x) the Master Advance Notice has been satisfactorily completed pursuant to Section 2.04(a)(i) (Satisfaction of Conditions), and (y) all conditions precedent set forth in Section 5.03 (Conditions Precedent to Each Advance) in respect of the requested Advance have been satisfied (or waived in writing), then the Guarantor shall issue to FFB an Advance Request Approval Notice.
Advance Request Approval Notice. For each Advance, the CDFI Fund shall have delivered to FFB the Qualified Issuer’s executed Advance Request, together with the CDFI Fund’s executed Advance Request Approval Notice, which Advance Request Approval Notice:
(a) shall have been duly executed on behalf of the CDFI Fund by an official of the CDFI Fund whose name and signature appear on the Certificate Specifying Authorized CDFI Fund Officials delivered to FFB pursuant to section 3.1.3 or section 6.1 of the Program Financing Agreement; and
(b) shall have been received by FFB not later than the third Business Day before the Requested Advance Date specified in such Advance Request.
Advance Request Approval Notice. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof and of the Funding Agreements, DOE agrees, no less than three (3) Business Days prior to each Requested Advance Date during the Availability Period, to deliver to FFB an Advance Request Approval Notice authorizing FFB to make advances of the Loans (the “Advances”), provided that, after giving effect to any Advances and the use of proceeds thereof:
(i) the aggregate amount of Advances made to the Borrower under the Notes does not exceed the Maximum Total Loan Amount;
(ii) the aggregate amount of Advances made to the Borrower under Note P (each, a “Project P Advance”) does not exceed the maximum amount of Project P Advances permitted by Section 2.7; and
(iii) the aggregate amount of Advances made to the Borrower under Note S (each, a “Project S Advance”) does not exceed the maximum amount of Project S Advances permitted by Section 2.7.
Advance Request Approval Notice. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof and of the Funding Agreements, DOE agrees, no less than three Business Days prior to each Advance Date during the Availability Period, to deliver to FFB an Advance Request Approval Notice authorizing FFB to make advances of the Loans (the “Advances”), provided that, after giving effect to any Advances and the use of proceeds thereof,
(i) the aggregate amount of Advances made to the Borrower under the Notes does not exceed the Maximum Total Loan Amount;
(ii) the aggregate amount of Advances made to the Borrower under Note A does not exceed $4,377,000,000 (the “Maximum Total Loan A Amount”); and
(iii) the aggregate amount of Advances made to the Borrower under Note B does not exceed $1,560,000,000 (the “Maximum Total Loan B Amount”).
Advance Request Approval Notice. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof and of the Funding Agreements, DOE shall, no less than three Business Days prior to each Advance Date during the Availability Period, deliver to FFB an Advance Request Approval Notice authorizing FFB to make Advances; provided, that, after giving effect to any Advances, the use of proceeds thereof and the capitalization of interest, the aggregate amount of Advances made to the Borrower and capitalized interest under the Notes (in aggregate) shall not exceed the Maximum Loan Amount.
Advance Request Approval Notice. With respect to any Advance under the FFB Documents, if DOE determines that: (A) the Advance Request has been satisfactorily completed pursuant to this Section 2.03 Mechanics for Requesting Advances); and (B) all conditions precedent set forth in Section 5.04 (Advance Approval Conditions Precedent) in respect of the requested Advance have been satisfied (or waived in writing), then DOE shall issue to FFB an Advance Request Approval Notice no later than three (3) Business Days prior to the Requested Advance Date.
