Advanced Exchange. for a covered Claim, Your Plan provides an advanced exchange of a replacement product in exchange for Your defective Product (a valid credit card is required to be on file with the Administrator). Within ten (10) calendar days of confirmed delivery receipt of Your replacement product, You must ship or deliver the defective Product to Us. IMPORTANT: In the event You have been provided with a replacement product, but You have failed to return Your defective Product to Us within ten (10) calendar days of confirmed delivery receipt of the replacement, You will be assessed a non-returned device fee equal to the MSRP of the replacement product on the credit card that You have on file with the Administrator. This fee will not be assessed only if Your defective Product is returned to Us when and as requested. NOTICE: Advanced Exchange is NOT included in association with “Worldwide Service”.
