Advanced Payment. Water Code section 10551 authorizes advanced payment by the State for projects included and implemented in an applicable Integrated Regional Water Management Plan, and when the project proponent is a nonprofit organization; a disadvantaged community (DAC); or the project benefits a DAC. If a project is awarded less than $1,000,000 in grant funds, the project proponent may receive an advanced payment of fifty (50) percent of the grant award; the remaining fifty (50) percent of the grant award will be reimbursed in arrears after the advanced funds of a budget category have been fully expended. Within ninety (90) calendar days of execution of the Grant Agreement, the Grantee may provide the State an Advanced Payment Request. Advanced Payment Requests received ninety-one (91) calendar days after the execution of this Agreement will not be eligible to receive an advanced payment. The Advanced Payment Request shall contain the following:
A. Documentation demonstrating that each Local Project Sponsor (if different from the Grantee, as listed in Exhibit I) was notified about their eligibility to receive an advanced payment and a response from the Local Project Sponsor stating whether it wishes to receive the advanced payment or not.
B. If the Grantee is requesting the advanced payment, the request(s) shall include:
i. Descriptive information of each project with an update on project status
ii. The names of the entities that will receive the funding for each project, including, but not limited to, an identification as to whether the project proponent or proponents are nonprofit organizations or a DAC, or whether the project benefits a DAC
iii. A detailed Funding Plan which includes how the advanced payment will be expended (in terms of workplan, budget, and schedule) within the timeframe agreed upon by DWR and the Grantee. The Funding Plan must clearly identify the total budget (at Budget Category Level) for each project clearly showing the portion of advanced payment and reimbursement funds.
iv. Any other information that DWR may deem necessary
C. Upon review and approval of the Advanced Payment Request, DWR will authorize payment of the fully requested amount for the qualified project(s). Based on the project’s Funding Plan and other considerations, DWR may determine it is not prudent to advance the full request in a single disbursement. Advanced Payment. An employee can receive vacation pay up to one (1) week in advance of vacation leave subject to the following conditions:
(i) The amount of vacation pay advance shall be in proportion to the number of vacation days to be taken.
(ii) The minimum amount of leave for which advance payments may be made is one (1) week. For those employees whose entitlement is one week or less, the amount of pay advance shall be for the full time available to the employee.
(iii) Application for vacation pay advance must be made in writing at least ten

Advanced Payment. 14.1 On accepting this Agreement you agree to pay the Advanced Rental Payment of £300 in accordance with the payment terms set out in Section 6 & 7 of the Schedule on page 2 of your offer letter.
14.2 The Advanced Rental Payment will be offset against the money owed in respect of the Residence Fees and, in respect of payment by instalments, by reducing the amount of the final instalment.
Advanced Payment. (1) In order that the Lessors may perform the Construction smoothly, the Lessee shall, subject to Article 9, pay 600 million Won of the security deposit under the Lease Agreement to the Lessors as advanced payment, of which 300 million Won shall be paid on May ___, 2005 and 300 million Won shall be paid on July 1, 2005.
(2) The Lessors shall not use the amount of advanced payment under paragraph 1 above for any purpose other than the Construction, and such amount of advanced payment shall be applied towards the security deposit to be paid under the Lease Agreement upon execution thereof.
Advanced Payment. Because of the potential for cross examination on the grounds of bias, I require that all of my invoices be paid in full prior to my giving testimony at any hearing, trial or arbitration. In the event of nonpayment of my invoices, you agree that I may withdraw my services regardless of whether or not I have been formally designated as an expert.
Advanced Payment. The Buyer agrees to pay RMB*** as Advance Payment, of which the interest shall not be calculated and the Seller shall own all the interest herein. Unless otherwise stipulates in the context of this Agreement, the Advance Payment is unrefundable, and irrevocable. The term of paying the Advance Payment shall be the same as the term stipulated in Exhibit B. Unless otherwise specified in Exhibit B of this Agreement, the Buyer explicitly acknowledges and accepts that: once affixing to this Agreement, the Seller shall not be responsible to return all or part of the Advance Payment to the Buyer in any case. The Advance Payment shall be deducted for Payment to Products only in situations specified in this Agreement. The Parties herein explicitly agree that: the Buyer is entitled to deduct *** of the Advance Payment as Payment to Products from *** up to the date that the total amount of the Advance Payment is thoroughly deducted. If the Advance Payment is deducted as liquidated damages or compensation for any losses due to the Buyer’s breach of contract, the deduction as the Payment of the Products shall be commenced only after the deduction of the liquidated damages or compensation for any losses. The Seller shall return the residual amount of the Advance Payment to the Buyer within *** after its performance of this Agreement finished or sooner cancellation or termination of this Agreement because of the breach by the Buyer or the Seller, excluding the events that the Buyer materially breaches this Agreement. If the Buyer breaches the Agreement, the Seller shall have right to deduct relevant liquidated damages or loss compensation from the Advance Payment, and request the Buyer to pay an amount equals to the deduction to recovery the amount of guarantee, non-performance of which shall be deemed as a breach of this Agreement and the Seller shall be responsible to assume the liability pursuant to Clause 8.3 of this Agreement.
Advanced Payment. The Company has an option of having the Investor make an advanced payment of $ 100,000,000 for the Second Tranche Purchase Price as set forth in this clause (c). If the Company elects that option, then it will be required to so by written notice to the Investor (the “Advanced Payment Notice”), whereupon the Investor agrees that it will pay to the Company such advanced payment for the Second Tranche Purchase Price within nine (9) Business Days following its receipt of such Advanced Payment Notice. On the date of the Second Closing, the Company shall pay $1,250,000 as interest, which interest shall be payable in cash without set-off against the Second Tranche Purchase Price. The forms and substance of the advanced payment will be agreed upon by the parties, working in good faith together to have a document that memorializes the parties’ understanding in this regard.
Advanced Payment. Notwithstanding, Section 3A.(1), the Financing Proceeds of any remaining Grant Amount may be disbursed to Recipient as an advanced payment if OBDD, in its sole discretion, determines it has not received timely appropriation and expenditure authority carry- over extension of the Financing Proceeds by the Oregon Legislative Assembly.
