Advanced Standing Clause Samples

The Advanced Standing clause allows a party, typically a student or employee, to receive credit or recognition for prior learning, experience, or qualifications. In practice, this means that relevant coursework, professional certifications, or work experience may be evaluated and counted toward the requirements of a program or position, potentially reducing the time or effort needed to complete it.
