Advancement of Schedules. After the initial rating-in a unit member may advance only one step each year, provided he/she has served 75 percent of the working days during the school year, (excluding summer session) and provided that the most recent formal evaluation, as described in Article 9 of this Agreement, of the unit member shows that his/her overall performance was not rated as “unsatisfactory” (See 9-5).
