Advances; Advance Requests; RUS Approval Requirement; Last Day for an Advance. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of the Bond Purchase Agreement, FFB shall make Advances to the Borrower from time to time under this Bond, in each case upon delivery to FFB of a written request by the Borrower for an Advance under this Bond, in the form of request attached to the Bond Purchase Agreement as Exhibit A thereto (each such request being an "Advance Request") and completed as prescribed in section 7.3.1 of the Bond Purchase Agreement.
