Common use of Advances After Certain Events Clause in Contracts

Advances After Certain Events. All advances, renewals and credits made or granted by the Agent and the Lenders to or for the Borrower hereunder after the bankruptcy or insolvency of the Borrower, but before the Agent and the Lenders have received notice thereof, shall be deemed to form part of the Obligations of the Borrower, and all advances, renewals and credits obtained from the Agent and the Lenders by or on behalf of the Borrower hereunder shall be deemed to form part of the Obligations of the Borrower, notwithstanding any lack or limitation of power, incapacity or disability of the Borrower or of the directors or agents thereof and notwithstanding that the Borrower may not be a legal entity and notwithstanding any irregularity, defect or informality in the obtaining of such advances, renewals or credits, whether or not the Agent and the Lenders have knowledge thereof.
