Advances Against Insurance Proceeds. Despite the existence of an Insurance Claim, an Indemnifying Party shall make prompt payment to an Indemnitee, prior to the receipt of any Insurance Proceeds, in the form of an advance against future Insurance Proceeds, of the full amount required to be made pursuant to the indemnification provisions contained in this Agreement and otherwise determined to be due and owing by an Indemnifying Party.
