Advances and Disbursements Under Completion Guaranty. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement or in any other Loan Document, Borrower hereby irrevocably and unconditionally authorizes Lender to make any disbursements of proceeds of the Loan or of any Reserve Funds held by Lender to Guarantor in accordance with the Guaranty of Completion.
