Advances by Bond Trustee. The Company shall pay to the Bond Trustee, the amount of all advances of funds made by the Bond Trustee under the provisions of this Lease Agreement or the Bond Indenture, with interest thereon at the prime rate plus 2% announced from time to time by the Bond Trustee.
